The Best Protein Mug Brownie You'll Ever Have
The seasons are quickly changing, the weather is getting colder… so you know what that means! Yummy baked goods! We love to have treats in our house in the fall, but if you’re like us, we like to enjoy the treats without any of the guilt. That is why we LOVE this protein mug brownie.
It tastes just like a regular brownie but is packed full of protein!
Protein Mug Brownie Recipe
1 scoop IsaLean Dutch Chocolate Shake
1 tablespoon coconut flour
2 tablespoons granulated sweetener of choice
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 tablespoon dark cocoa powder
1 large egg
1/4 cup dairy-free milk
1 crushed IsaDelight Chocolate
1. Grease a deep mug and set aside. Combine all of the dry mixture into a bowl and then in a separate bowl whisk the egg with the milk and proceed to pour into the dry mixture.
2. Microwave for 60 seconds then let it cool for a moment and enjoy!
